3.  Applicants not selected by this board can anticipate the FY20 Transition Conversion board to be announced Feb 2019 via MARADMIN.  Non-select application packages for the FY19 Transition Conversion will not be valid for future Transition Conversion boards.  Each board is based on the needs of the Marine Corps and is unique in selection numbers and precept criteria.
4.  In accordance with Reference C, HQMC Aviation (ASM) and Manpower and Reserve Affairs (MMOA-2) will announce additional transition conversion (TC) boards throughout the year via MARADMIN for time-sensitive T/C opportunities that are specific to the F-35 community.
5.  All primary selects are required to accept or decline their selection via their respective monitor by email no later than 30 days from the release of this message.  Declination letters are required to have general officer endorsement.  For the NFO to SNA candidate, upon acceptance, the candidate will sign a student naval aviator service agreement for 96 months of additional service from the date of successful completion of flight training and designation as a Naval aviator.
