GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. This MARADMIN announces the release of MCO 3061.1 Marine Corps Total Force Mobilization and Deployment Plan (TFMDP).
2. This order prescribes consolidated Service policy, procedures, and responsibilities governing Marine Corps Total Force mobilization, deployment planning and execution. This Order supports contingency planning, crisis action planning, and sustained operations, including Reserve Component (RC) augmentation and reinforcement to the Active Component (AC). This Order is organized into volumes to provide a command and control architecture over existing policy that generates unity of effort during Total Force mobilization and deployment.
