GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Situation. Plans, Policies and Operations, Security Division (PPO PS) will host the CBRN Defense OAG 19-1 from 23-27 Sep 2019 in Quantico, VA.
2. Mission. The intent of this OAG is to address operational challenges impacting the Marine Corps from a CBRN Defense perspective. The CBRN Defense OAG is the vehicle for identifying issues that directly impact the CBRN Defense community (MOS 5702(forward slash)5769(forward slash)5711) area of operational interest; develop solutions; and recommend the prioritization of topics to include issues related to manning, training and equipping the force, and operational capability.  Attendance of voting and standing members listed in the OAG charter are mission essential to the success of the OAG.
3. Execution.
3.A. Coordinating instructions.
3.A.1. Command representatives are required to have the authority to speak on behalf of their respective commander on all areas of the 57XX OccFld, and if required, vote on the outcome as briefed to the OAG chair on Day 5.
3.A.2. OAG meeting location: Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA.
3.A.3. OAG dates are 23-27 Sep 2019.
3.A.4. All travel expenses are a unit responsibility.  Travelers are required to book lodging in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations correspondence.
3.A.4.A. Attendees are encouraged to share transportation costs.
3.A.5. Uniform: Attire for civilian attendees is business casual and for military attendees is the woodland MARPAT for the week of the OAG.
3.A.6. CBRN Defense OAG 19-1 is restricted to voting members only as outlined in reference b and below;

4. Administration.
4.A. Transportation and Parking.  Transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.  Parking is available at no cost at the OAG site.
4.B. Cell phones and computers are authorized within the facility and WIFI will be available.
4.C. Visit Access Requests (VAR) are required for The Basic School and the Battle Lab aboard Quantico.  Security Management Office (SMO) contact information in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) will be submitted via separate correspondence.
