GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The FY20 NROTC panel recently convened to select Marine Officers for assignment to NROTC staff billets during 2020.  The seven-member panel considered the records of qualified applicants for the positions of Marine Officer Instructor, Executive Officer, and Professor of Naval Science positions.
2.  MOI selections will be announced in a separate MARADMIN at a later date.
3.  The panel considered the requirements of the universities, career progression, competitiveness, preferences of the applicant, and needs of the Marine Corps.  Questions regarding selection should be addressed through the primary MOS monitor.
