GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  I have approved the selection of CWO2 James B. Archbell of 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, II Marine Expeditionary Force, MARFORCOM, as the recipient of the CY2019 Hulbert Trophy for Outstanding Leadership.  All nominees had exemplary records which indicated noteworthy leadership, courage and technical and tactical expertise.  As expected, the competition was exceptionally keen.
