GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The MARADMIN 398/18 is hereby cancelled.  Effective 13 August 2019, Directive-Type Memorandum (DTM) 19-009 establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides requirements for the organization, management, and implementation of financial readiness common military training requirements in accordance with Section 992 of Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.).  A new MARADMIN, announcing the Financial Literacy education required for Marines during the Marine for Life Cycle per the DTM 19-009, will be released.
