GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The Federally Employed Women (FEW) National Training Program will hold a Virtual Leadership Summit for the government and military community on 20-24 July 2020.
2.  The 2020 theme:  Commemorating 51 years of Training:  Passing the Torch Leading the Way.  FEW is a premier training experience for all governmental affiliations.  It offers sessions, workshops, and presenters that provide essential skills to build successful careers and opportunities for advancement.  The 51st Leadership Summit will provide professional instruction on topics and meet the five Office of Personnel Management executive core qualifications (Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions). 3.  Admin and Logistics:  The Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion Branch (MPE) will sponsor a limited number of conference registration fees.  Commanders are encouraged to authorize their Marines, civilian Marines, and Sailors who are attached to their unit to participate in the Virtual Leadership Summit.  All Marine Corps registration fees must be coordinated through the MPE Branch.  Reservations will be given on a first-come first-served basis.  To participate in this event, please email your name, rank, unit, email, and duty station to the points of contact and include your Officer-In-Charge in your email.
4.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
