Commanders are encouraged to consider utilizing Marines with the 8016 FMOS in accordance with reference (a) to provide material contribution to USMC IJSTO efforts through real-world operations, exercise support, crisis contingency, or deliberate planning efforts. Coordinating with the local MEF/MARFOR STO Chief will increase effectiveness of those holding the FMOS 8016. 4.
