GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN provides official notification and congratulations from the Marine Corps Director of Intelligence (DIRINT), Brigadier General (BGen) M.G. Carter, to the Marine Corps recipient of the 2020 Directorate of Operations/Community Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Ellis Award for Excellence in HUMINT Collaboration.
2.  DIRINT is pleased to announce Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CWO4) Damon Mathews as the recipient of the 2020 Ellis Award for Excellence in HUMINT Collaboration.
