GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This is a coordinated message between Intelligence Division and Marine Corps Training and Education Command.
2. The Intelligence Occupational Field Manager has determined the following MOS 2691 requirements in ref/a are cancelled:
a.  (para 3122.15.c.1) Must have completed the Defense Acquisition University class CLR 101, Introduction to Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
b.  (para 3122.15.c.2) MOS 2691 assigned upon approval of the Director of Intelligence.
3.  Marines with PMOS 2629 will obtain the PMOS 2691 upon promotion to Master Sergeant.
4.  All Marines, Master Sergeant through Master Gunnery Sergeant, currently holding PMOS 2629 will be assigned the 2691 Primary Military Occupational Specialty (PMOS).  Marines will need to coordinate with their local Personnel Administration Center to ensure the MOS is updated in the Marine Corps Total Force System.
5.  The above changes are effective as of release of this message and will be reflected in the FY22 MOS Manual.
