GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Reference (a) is hereby updated.  The 21-2 Commandants Combined Commandership Course (Cornerstone) originally scheduled from 12-23 April 2021 will now occur from 19-30 April 2021 at Marine Corps University (MCU), Quantico, Virginia.  This is not an open registration; the re-scheduled course is reserved to those originally registered for the 21-2 course.
2.  Concept of Operations.  Cornerstone is a two-week program, involving combined-training opportunities for commanders and sergeants major.  The Spouses Workshop runs concurrently during the second week of the 21-2 course, 26-30 April 2021.
2.A.  Spouses will receive their training virtually for the 21-2 course.  Commanders will travel on 18 April 2021, check-in at the Gray Research Center (GRC), MCU from 0630-0730 on 19 April 2021, and execute return travel no earlier than (NET) 1630 on 30 April 2021.
2.B.  Sergeants Major will travel on 17 April 2021, check-in at the College of Enlisted Military Education (CEME) building, MCU no later than (NLT) 1100 on 18 April 2020 and execute return travel NET 1630 on 30 April 2021.
3.  The 21-3 course will still take place on 20 September to 1 October 2021 at MCU, Quantico, Virginia.  This is not an open registration; the course is reserved to those originally registered.
4.  Commanders will travel on 19 September 2021, check-in at the GRC, MCU from 0630-0730 on 20 September 2021 and execute return travel NET 1630 on 1 October 2021.
4.A.  Sergeants Major will travel on 18 September 2021, check-in at CEME building, MCU NLT 1100 on 19 September 2021 and execute return travel NET 1630 on 1 October 2021.
4.B.  Concept of Operations.  Cornerstone is a two-week program, involving combined-training opportunities for commanders and sergeants major.  The Spouses Workshop runs concurrently during the second week of the 21-3 course.  Spouses receive combined training with their Marines and spouse-specific curriculum.  Spouses will execute travel on 26 September 2021, check-in at the GRC NLT 0730 on 27 September 2021 with the Spouses Workshop Coordinators and execute return travel NET 1630 on 1 October 2021.
