GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. The USMC Director of Intelligence (DIRINT), as the Intelligence Occupational Field Sponsor has determined the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Manual requirement to complete the Tactical SIGINT Operators Course (TSOC) (F07CVT1) at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX will be suspended for FY21. This determination applies to MOS 2621, 2631, 2641, and 2651; suspending the requirement noted in the following references: (A, para 3122.5.c.1) (A, para 3122.8.c.1) (A, para 3122.9.c.2) and (A, para 3122.11.c.1). This action is taken in coordination with Training and Education Command, Manpower & Reserve Affairs and Marine Corps Intelligence Schools.
1.a. Tactical SIGINT Operators Course (TSOC) (F07CVT1) is hereby suspended from the training track for MOS 2621, 2631, 2641, and 2651 for the remainder of FY21 (Classes 2021011 through 2021021), per reference B.
1.b. All other requirements in reference A remain in effect.
1.c. The TSOC requirement will resume in FY22 and will reflect in the FY22 MOS Manual as requirement 2 under each respective (2621, 2631, 2641, 2651) MOS Manual entry. This sequence change from MOS requirement 1 to 2 (TSOC after completion of the PMOS producing course), coincide with MOS training track changes that will drive the Recruit Distribution Model (RDM) in routing Marines for Entry Level Training(ELT).
2. Any questions should be directed to the 2600 Occupational Field Specialist, Master Sergeant Darry Cross at darry.cross@usmc.mil or 703-614-3981.
