REFERENCE (B) IS THE MARADMIN PROVIDING FURTHER GUIDANCE AND IMPLEMENTING CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. REFERENCE (C) IS THE MARADMIN INFORMING COMMANDERS, MARINE CORPS LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND STAFF JUDGE ADVOCATES OF THE EXTENSION OF THE MCBUL UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2021//

GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. This MARADMIN is to inform Commanders, Marine Corps Law Enforcement, and Staff Judge Advocates that Reference (A) has been extend to 31 December 2022. During this period, a new Marine Corps Order pertaining to criminal justice information reporting will be appropriately staffed to permanently implement the requirements and guidance set forth in References (A) and (B). Reference (B) will remain in effect until a Marine Corps Order pertaining to criminal justice information reporting is published.
