GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The Deputy Commandant for Information approved a temporary reduction in the minimum score requirement of the Cyber Test for 1711 and 1721 Intended Military Occupational Specialty (IMOS) from 60 to 55 to support analysis of the Cyber Test requirement.  References (a) and (b) establishes the Cyber Test requirement for the 1711 and 1721 Intended Military Occupational Specialty.
1.a.  This change is effective the date of release of this MARADMIN and will continue for a period of six months.
1.b.  All other requirements listed in reference (a) and (b) remain in effect.
2.  In the event the 1711 and 1721 IMOS exceeds the maximum allowable student throughput as a result of this MARADMIN, prioritization of MOS classification will be based on the General Technical (GT) score on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.  References (a) and (b) establishes the minimum required GT score for the 1711 and 1721 IMOS as 110.
3.  Marines that fail to complete the 1711 and 1721 IMOS production pipeline will be reclassified based on needs of the Marine Corps.
