GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN announces the release of the MAB Charter to ensure widest dissemination.
2.  The Deputy Commandant for Aviation (DCA) directed the development of the MAB Charter to codify MAB membership, procedures, and standardize the battle rhythm for its conduct.  The MAB charter lists Executive and Advisory members, other attendees, and general guidelines for MAB conduct.  The Executive members are the DCA and Marine Aircraft Wing Commanding Generals and the Advisory members are listed below:
- All Deputy Commandants
- Commanding General, Training and Education Command (TECOM)
- Commanding General, Training Command
- Marine Corps Forces Commanding Generals
- Marine Expeditionary Forces Commanding Generals
- Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF)
- Commander, Naval Air Systems Command (COMNAVAIRSYSCOM)
- Program Executive Office, Air, ASW, Assault, and Special - Mission
Programs (PEO(A))
- Program Executive Office, Aviation Common Systems and Commercial 
Services (PEO(CS))
- Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T))
- Program Executive Office, Unmanned and Weapons (PEO(U&W))
- Program Executive Office, F-35 (PEO(F-35))
- Director, Air Warfare Division, OPNAV N98
- All Program Managers, Air (PMAs) and PM, Warfare (PMW) representing Marine Corps equities
- Fleet Readiness Center Commanding Officers
- Aviation O-6 commanders.  This population is defined as sitting or slated O-6 commanders holding the 8041 or 8042 military occupational specialty, regardless of their actual command.
