GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This message directs the service-wide implementation of Tactical Combat Casualty Care-All Service Member (TCCC-ASM) training and certification to all Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and Supporting Establishment (SE) Marines starting in 1st quarter fiscal year (FY) 2023.  TCCC-ASM training and certification will continue in Entry Level Training (ELT).
2.  TCCC-ASM is a joint standardized certification being implemented within the Marine Corps to all Marines and non-medical Sailors, providing the initial medical skills necessary to ensure lifesaving treatment can be rendered in the absence of a Corpsmen and improve the survivability of those wounded or injured in combat.
3.  Certification for FMF and SE Marines is required within 12 months prior to deployment per ref (B).  Marines receive their initial TCCC-ASM certification at ELT; operational commanders are responsible for pre-deployment re-certification of TCCC-ASM.
4.  Battalion/squadron commanders will designate TCCC-ASM trainers.  Trainers will utilize the standardized and approved curriculum provided at the Defense Health Agency-sponsored deployed medicine website at ref (D): https:(slash)(slash)www.deployedmedicine.com.  The curricula has been designed to be taught by any occupational specialty using the “train the trainer” modules also provided at ref (D) in addition to training events, skill sets (terminal and enabling learning objectives), skills assessments checklists, and recommended student-to-instructor ratios.  Units are responsible for procuring training aids and materials.
5.  Completion of TCCC-ASM trainer or student course (for ELT/FMF/SE) will be entered into the Marine Corps Training Information Management(MCTIMS) using the local school codes:

6.  TCCC–ASM will be included on the Inspector General, Marine Corps Health Services Functional Area Checklist as an inspection item, (Health Service Support (HSS) 6000).
7.  This MARADMIN serves as interim guidance until this direction is incorporated into a Marine Corps Bulletin and Marine Corps Order.
