NARR/REF A ANNOUNCES THE SOLICITATON FOR EOA OF THE YEAR//
GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Purpose.  This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY22 EOA of the Year Selection Board.
2.  Background.  The EOA of the Year Award recognizes outstanding performance within the 0147 community.
3.  Per the reference, on 09 September 2022, a selection board convened to consider the nominations submitted.  All nominees had exemplary records which demonstrated a consistently high level of performance that significantly and positively impacted their commands’ Equal Opportunity programs.  The board Selected GySgt Patricia L. Reynolds, Training Command, as the EOA of the year.
4.  Presentation of the award will be at the FY22 Equal Opportunity Advisors Symposium on 28 September 2022.
5.  Congratulations to GySgt Patricia L. Reynolds and all who were nominated.  Your performance in this vital area is commendable and directly impacts not only your command, but the entire Marine Corps in a positive manner.
