GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The 43rd Executive Safety Board (ESB) will convene on 16 November 2022 from 1600-1730 (EST) to discuss the safety culture within the Marine Corps, as well as current and future Service-wide safety initiatives.  
2.  The HQMC Safety Division will provide SVTC bridge information and other coordinating instructions via separate correspondence.
3.  As the Marine Corps' senior safety officer, the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps will chair the board.  The Director of the HQMC Safety Division will act as the recorder, lead the presentations, provide updates on recent mishaps, and review lessons learned and potential trends.  ESB members will be provided information on four topics:
3.a.  Government Accountability Office Report on Tactical Vehicle Accidents and subsequent initiatives
3.b.  High Risk Training Follow-up
3.c.  Safety population within the Marine Corps
3.d.  Crew Resource Management
