GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. As directed in the references (a) and (b), all personnel must complete records management training no later than 15 January 2023.
2. Commands may provide this training via the following options:
2.a. Records Management in the DON: Everyone’s Responsibility (DOR-RM-010-1.2). This training course is available on Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) at: https:(slash)(slash)twms.dc3n.navy.mil/.
2.b. Marine Corps Records Management Course: Every Marine’s Responsibility (M01RMT0700). This training course is available on MarineNet at: https:(slash)(slash)www.marinenet.usmc.mil
3. TWMS and MarineNet are systems of record that satisfy the documentation requirement for the individual’s training record.
4. This MARADMIN supersedes the records management training requirement of references (c) and (d) for compliance with reference (a) and will remain in effect until superseded or until 30 September 2023, whichever occurs first.
5. This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
