GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Purpose. This MARADMIN adjusts REF C and extends solicitation of nominations to 02XX and 26XX PMOSs grades E3 to E7 (Select) for nominations to the Intelligence Data Engineer (NMOS 2652) training pipeline.  The 2652 training pipeline consists of two segments:  a Cybersecurity Certificate Course (CCC) at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA CC) followed by an NMOS-awarding Intelligence Data Engineer Capstone.
2. Execution.  FY23 Intelligence Data Engineer Training Pipeline Details.

2.b. Report date:  NLT 30 JUNE 2023
2.c. Cohort start date: 21 AUG 2023
2.d. Cohort end date:  30 APRIL 2024
2.e. Location:  NOVA CC, Woodbridge, VA
2.f. Command:  Students are assigned to MCC K13, Weapons Training Battalion (WTB), Training Command, Training and Education Command (TECOM)
2.g. Course funding:  TECOM
2.h. Prerequisite:  Nominees must hold TS//SCI clearance.
3. Marines selected to attend the 2652 course are required to obtain obligated service for 36 months beyond the course completion date prior to executing orders.  Nomination packages will require a page 11 entry stating acknowledgement of the appropriate obligated service requirement.  Selectees must incur the obligated service prior to detachment from their current command.
4. Marines will receive Duty Under Instructions (DUINS) orders to MCC K13, WTB, Training Command, TECOM.
5. Upon completion of the 2652 course and per ref (a), Marines will receive Permanent Change of Station/Assignment orders based on needs of the Marine Corps, PMOS 2651 students will fill available 2652 Billet Identification Codes.
6. This iteration is opening the eligible PMOS for attendance to 26XX, 0231, 0241, and 0261.  To receive NMOS 2652, Marines must successfully complete both segments consecutively of the 2652 training pipeline.
7. Submission requirements.  All nominations must be submitted via email to the 265X Occupational Field Specialist NLT 26 April 2023.  POC details are listed above.  Submissions must come from the nominee’s Reporting Senior and contain the following information:
