GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  PURPOSE:  This roundtable will level set the Service’s and technology partners understanding of Information Environment Battlespace Awareness (IEBA) developments since the last roundtable, establish roadmaps to advance man, train, and equip lines of effort, and provide an opportunity to integrate technology partners with stakeholders and enhance their understandings of service and requirements and industry solutions.
2.  BACKGROUND:  The Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I), in coordination with Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I), in FY23, conducted a roundtable to discuss and evaluate the current posture of IEBA solutions, determine what is currently utilized by the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) (both program and non-program), and develop a strategy to build an enterprise solution.  This roundtable will provide an update to stakeholders on FY23 developments, establish roadmaps for the man, train, and equip lines of effort to integrate and sustain IEBA capabilities within the service, and provide a venue to identify capability or funding gaps within the operating forces.
3.  EXECUTION:  This roundtable will be a structured discussion and evaluation of current understandings of IEBA and solutions provided to the FMF and include technical demonstrations.  This roundtable will specifically focus on developing stakeholder-informed roadmaps for man, train, and equip lines of effort and provide technology partners time to demonstrate emerging capabilities.
3.a.  This roundtable will take place at Marine Corps Information Operations Command (MCIOC) 27404 MCB 1 Quantico, VA 22134, with remote access available via secure video teleconferencing (SVTC).  Day 2 of this roundtable will potentially include offsite vendor demonstrations, venue to be determined.
3.b.  Attire is woodland MARPAT with sleeves down for Marines and business casual for civilians.
4.  ENDSTATE:  This roundtable will conclude with opfor/stakeholders informing capability and funding requirements roadmaps.  These roadmap(s) for man, train, and equip solutions, will include IEBA tools, prevailing narrative workflow, legal considerations/PAI policy, and synthetic IE.  DC I will coordinate and pursue solutions for the identified capability and funding requirements through the appropriate HQMC stakeholders and venues.
