GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) Monitors will visit major installations across the Fleet Marine Force and Supporting Establishment (FMF/SE) to conduct targeted enlisted assignment engagements, provide totalforce retention assistance, and offer consultation on key talent management initiatives to Enlisted Marines.  MMEA is committed to supporting the career advancement of Marines by issuing orders that optimize their preferences, their MOS requirements, and the service's needs.

3.  Detailed schedules and coordinating instructions will be published through Total Force Retention System (TFRS) and communicated to commands through unit career planners and MyCareer.
4.  MyCareer is a newly implemented web-based application that will serve as a primary hub for all MMEA visit information.  Marines will be able to locate their monitor, register for an interview, and receive notifications as they progress through the queue on the day of the event.
