GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Purpose.  Update 1 to MARADMIN 657/23 modifies 17XX Roadshow brief dates and venues for Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune Major Subordinate Command (MSC) and or Battalion (Bn) level Career Planners engagement, Camp Pendleton, Iwakuni, and Okinawa.

Note 1:  This brief is tailored as a discussion with MSC to Bn level Career Planners to address any questions and expand on the respective LATMOVE processes associated with each information maneuver occupation (Cyber, Space, and Influence) as they relate to pre-requisites, screening checklists, and target demographics.
3.  This Roadshow serves two purposes: To solicit for Fiscal Year 2025 LATMOVES and answer specific questions about the application process and opportunities within the 17XX IM OCCFLD and to conduct engagements with the 17XX community at their home station in order to increase retention of the force.  LATMOVE Solicitations.  Members of the IM OCCFLD team within the Deputy Commandant for Information, Headquarters Marine Corps, will conduct information briefs to increase awareness for LATMOVE opportunities within the 17XX OCCFLD.  The OCCFLD team will be available to address individual questions following the information briefs.
4.  There will be opportunities for enlisted Marines who are interested in a LATMOVE to the 1751 PMOS to attend an in-person screening and assessment being held simultaneously with the 17XX roadshow at the below Marine Corps installations.  See reference B, MARADMIN 380/23, for the pre-requisites.  If interested in participating in a screening and assessment, contact the Influence MOS Specialists at the following email to sign up.  Email: OMB_IMD_InfluenceOccFieldsLatMove@usmc.mil.

5.  Information Forces Engagements.
5.a.  Visits are intended to support direct engagements with 17XX Marines and senior leaders and to increase the OCCFLD team’s awareness of operational requirements and experimentation across the IM forces.  Priority commands for engagements are Marine Expeditionary Forces, Marine Information Groups (MIG), MIG Subordinate Bns, 05 Level Career Planner Teams, and units with IM OCCFLD related capabilities/forces.
5.b.  All visits will be coordinated via correspondence. Please contact the points of contacts listed in the MARADMIN to request additional site visits.
6.  Marines of any rank who are interested in future IM OCCFLD opportunities are invited to attend the briefs.  All Marines shall be afforded the opportunity to attend if desired.  Command leadership at every echelon, both officer and enlisted, are welcome.
