1.b.  MCRP 3-05.1, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (MTTP) for Survival, Evasion, and Recovery, was approved on 5 July 2023.  It supersedes MCRP 3-05.1, MTTP for Survival, Evasion, and Recovery dated 21 August 2019.  This publication is a single source, quick reference guide on basic survival, evasion, and recovery information and is designed to assist all Service members in a survival situation, regardless of geographic location.  It applies to all commanders, their staffs, and Service members that participate in operations that are at high risk for an isolation event.
1.c.  MCRP 2-10A.4, MTTP for Air-to-Surface Radar System Employment, was approved on 22 September 2023.  It supersedes MCRP 2-10A.4, MTTP for Air-to-Surface Radar System Employment, dated 23 October 2019.  This publication provides MTTP for employing air-to-surface radar systems to detect targets, support intelligence production, and coordinate attack or reconnaissance.  MCRP 2-10A.4 covers theater-level, air-to-surface radar systems and discusses system capabilities when performing airborne command and control; wide-area surveillance for near-real time targeting and target development; and processing, exploiting, and disseminating collected target data.  It applies to all commanders and their staffs requesting and using surface situational awareness data.
1.d.  MCRP 3-10.3, Small Unmanned Aircraft System Operations (SUAS), was approved on 13 October 2023.  This publication focuses on SUAS employed by ground maneuver units rather than larger systems historically operated by Marine unmanned aerial vehicle squadrons.  MCRP 3-10.3 establishes a common reference for employing and training SUAS operators and focuses on support to ground combat element operations.  It addresses the SUAS operator, small-unit leaders, and commanders regarding planning, coordination, employment, request considerations, and individual SUAS capabilities.
