GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Purpose.  To announce approved selections for the Intelligence Data and Software Engineer Necessary Military Occupational Specialty (NMOS) 2652 training.    
2.  Background.  Active component enlisted Marines applied for the Intelligence Data and Software Engineer course to obtain NMOS 2652 per reference (a).   
3.  Execution.  Selected Marines are identified below (read in four columns)

4.  Marines selected to attend the 2652 course are required to obligate service for 36 months beyond the course completion date prior to executing orders.  End of Active Service for obligated service must be 30 June 2028 or later. 
4.a.  Upon completion of course, Marines who executed Extension/ Reenlistment Extension Lateral Move without command endorsement to return to previous unit will receive Permanent Change of Station/ Assignment (PCS/A) orders based on needs of the Marine Corps to fill available 2652 Billet Identification Codes.  
4.b.  Upon completion of course, Marines who submitted to extend at current unit will receive PCS/A orders to previous unit and their time on station will be reset.  These Marines are identified below (read in 5 columns).

5.  Marines are highly encouraged to have a personal laptop for the Cybersecurity Certificate Course with the following minimum capabilities:  
5.a.  Base processor (intel i-3, AMD 3000 series, Mac M1).  
5.b.  8 Gigabytes (Gb) random-access memory.  
5.c.  HD with minimum 60 Gb available storage space. 
6.  Selected Marines will execute PCS/A orders to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia and be assigned to Monitored Command Code K13, Weapons Training Battalion, Training Command, Training and Education Command, for attendance of course identification codes C61BNQ1 and N46C1F2.  Report date will be no later than 30 June 2024. 
7.  Marines selected to attend the course are required to notify the MARADMIN Point of Contact (POC) and Manpower Management Enlisted Assignment via email if they do not intend to attend the course.
