5.  All winners, including second and third place finishers, will be recognized at the annual COMMSTRAT Training and Leadership Development Summit hosted by the Communication Directorate, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, and the United States Marine Corps Combat Correspondents Association in August at a location to be determined.  Commands are highly encouraged to send their winners on temporary additional duty to receive their awards.  Information about the event will be published via separate correspondence by MARADMIN POC.  Award winners who are unable to accept their awards in person will receive it via mail.
6.  All winners should send official mailing address, command board style photos and hometown for news release to the MARADMIN POCs by 1 July 2024.
