GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs and the Secretariat, 01XX Occupational Field Specialists, are pleased to officially announce the selection of the members for the Manpower and Reserve Affairs Manpower Personnel and Administration (MPA) Operational Planning Team (OPT).  Their enthusiasm and dedication to contributing meaningfully to our community's future have been genuinely inspiring.  After carefully considering all nominations received and aligning with our commitment to diversity of thought and rank, we have selected 12 outstanding individuals who embody the spirit of excellence and innovation and 6 in Direct Support (DS).  These Marines have demonstrated their passion for advancing the mission of the MPA community, and we are confident in their ability to drive positive change.

5.  Administration and Logistics.  Our journey begins with an in-person meeting in May, where you will receive initial guidance from DC, M&RA, and commence problem framing. The Secretariat's office will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the duration of the OPT, which will span several months.
6. Together, we will utilize data from previous MPA engagements, conduct thorough analysis, and leverage empirical research to develop a vision and strategy that addresses our community's challenges and opportunities.  Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Marine Corps.
