GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN provides clarification to the ineligibility criteria in reference (a) and modifies specified Projected Change of Command (PCOC) dates.
2.  Ineligibility criteria.  Paragraph 7d of reference (a) is modified to read as follows: Colonels selected on the FY24 RCSP may not apply for FY25 RCSP opportunities unless they are able to complete at least 22 months in their selected billet prior to the PCOC date of their desired FY25 RCSP billet.  However, those who have previously completed a successful tour (approximately 24 months) in a RCSP billet may apply for another O-6 RCSP opportunity.  Lieutenant Colonels currently serving in O-5 command billets who are selected to Colonel may apply for all O-6 FY25 RCSP opportunities.
3.  The PCOC dates for the below UR Col/Col select billets found in reference (a) have been modified as follows:
   (1)(a) CO, MIU, MARFORRES
      (b) Newburgh, NY
      (c) 8040/8041/8042

      (b) Norfolk, VA
      (c) 8040/8041/8042
      (d) Aug 25
