1.  Situation.  Marine Customer Facing Division (QAC), Defense
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation (DLA-AVN) will be hosting
a resident Wholesale Supply Course from 3-5 June, 2025.
Since having Marines embedded within the DLA-AVN Customer Operations
Division, the Marine Corps Aviation Logistics community has seen
substantial return on investment with regards to wholesale logistics
support. Marine Logisticians must continue to train and educate
themselves in providing supply support in order to sustain emerging
and future operational requirements. This resident wholesale supply
course will assist Marines in establishing the knowledge base needed
to become adaptable, critical thinkers who can provide effective
supply support in a multitude of different domains. In coordination
with DLA-AVN, our goal is to provide valuable training, which the
Marines can take back and improve logistical support at their unit.
2.  Mission.  The DLA-AVN Resident Wholesale Supply  Course will be
conducted 3-5 June 2025 at the DLA-AVN Bellwood Manor (Building 42)
aboard Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. Scheduled travel days are
2 and 6 June. 
3.  Execution.  The DLA-AVN Resident Wholesale Supply
Course will be conducted in person. 
3.a.  Concept of operations:
3.a.1.  The three-day resident course focuses on enhancing Marine
Logisticians’ understanding of how wholesale supply operations are
conducted to optimize local operational retail inventory of
consumable parts. Developing Marines’ proficiency in conducting
technical/causative research for material availability will be a
focal point of the course. 
3.a.2.  This course is designed for
enlisted Marines in the grades of E-3 to E-5, Staff Non-Commissioned
Officers in the grades of E-6 to E-7, Chief Warrant Officers in the
grades of W-1 to W-2 and Officers in the grades of O-1 to O-3.
Marines who will benefit the most from this training are those
currently serving in the operating forces at the Marine Aviation
Logistics Squadron level specifically assigned to Operations
Management Division Customer Reconciliation Branch, Warehouse
Management Division Control Branch,Wing Allowancing Section,
Material Control Officers in Organizational-level flying squadrons,
and in direct communications with Defense Logistics Agency. The
course content focuses on tactical vice strategic, Weapon System-
level initiatives. Marines and Civilians from other units are 
welcome to attend, but DLA reserves the right to limit attendees
based on venue capacity. 
3.a.3.  DLA-AVN Resident Wholesale Supply
Course topics will be briefed via PowerPoint by QAC Marines and QAC
DLA-AVN personnel. Classroom style guided discussions will
supplement PowerPoint briefings. 
3.a.4.  Briefs will consist of DLA-
AVN Supplier Operations topics, DLA-AVN Customer Operations, and
fleet Marine applications of those topics in support of Marine
Logistics. 
4.  Administration and Logistics: 
4.a.  Registration.
Attendees should RSVP no later than 5 May with name, rank,
organization/unit/division, current billet, phone number, and
email address. Attendees must confirm they have unit approved
funding prior to registration. For registration, please contact

4.b.  Travel. Funding is the responsibility of the attendee’s
command. 
4.c.  Detailed agenda and information about Defense 
Supply Center Richmond will be published via SEPCOR upon 
receiving attendance confirmation. 
4.d.  Location is Defense 
Supply Center Richmond, Bellwood Manor, Building 42. Address:

4.e.  Lodging is available in the local vicinity of Defense Supply
Center Richmond, VA. 
4.f.  Course Completion Credit. Certificate of Course completion
will be provided for Marines upon completion of course.
