GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Purpose.  This MARADMIN outlines the timeline 
for submitting Official Representation Fund (ORF) requests for 
fiscal year 2026 (FY26).
2.  Background.  The Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) oversees the
allocation of ORF across Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) and Major
Subordinate Commands (MSCs).
3.  Execution.  In accordance with enclosure (7) of the reference, 
ORF submissions must be received by ASN (FM&C) no later than 31 July 
of the current fiscal year.
3.a.  To ensure timely submission, DMCS will utilize ETMS2 to collect 
FY26 ORF requests no later than 25 July 2025.  DMCS will then compile 
and submit the consolidated request on behalf of the Marine Corps.
3.b.  An ETMS2 tasker has been issued to commands with current ORF 
programs.
3.c.  Submissions not received by the established deadline may result 
in commands not receiving FY26 ORF allocations.
3.d.  Once ORF requests are received from HQMC agencies and MSCs, 
DMCS will coordinate any required reconciliation between requested 
and approved amounts.  
4.  Agencies and commands receiving ORF must maintain
a Government Purchase Card account specifically designated for ORF
usage.  
5.  This MARADMIN applies to the Marine Corps Total Force.
