Does not have approved retirement. 10.c. Is not stabilized for deployment. 11. Ineligibility criteria 11.a. Marines with approved overseas extension will not be considered for a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move. 11.b. Approved retirement. 11.c. Pending orders. 12. Administration and Logistics.
