GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Reserve Affairs Manpower Management (RAM) will
conduct the on-site portion of the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Active
Reserve (AR) Monitor Roadshow from 9 - 11 December 2025. During this
period, RAM will visit Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans to
conduct Senior Leader Engagements (SLEs), provide informational
briefs, and conduct interviews to discuss manpower planning and
assist Active Reserve (AR) Marines in making well-informed career
decisions. Reserve Component (RC) and Active Component (AC) Marines
who are interested in learning more about the AR Program are
encouraged to attend briefs and to schedule monitor interviews.
1.a. SLEs: Engagements between RAM personnel, command leadership, and
staff will be coordinated via SEPCOR.
1.b. Briefs: Briefs will be provided to Unit Coordinators for
dissemination within their commands. Marines are encouraged to view
briefs for information on assignment processes, career progression
within the AR program, and manpower programs and policies.
1.c. Monitor Interviews: Marines may schedule one-on-one interviews
at a suitable date and time via the Microsoft Bookings application.
Links to this application will be distributed by the assigned RAM
Command Visit Coordinator via SEPCOR.
2. Support Requirements.
2.a. Following release of this message, commands will be contacted
by a RAM Command Visit Coordinator. Commands shall assign a Unit
Coordinator who will execute detailed planning with the assigned RAM
Command Visit Coordinator.
2.b. Host commands shall provide facilities and communication assets
to support SLEs and monitor interviews.
3. Unit-Funded Requests for Monitor Roadshow Visits.
3.a. In FY26, RAM will not conduct HQMC-funded Monitor Roadshow
visits to Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton, or Fort Worth, Texas;
however, RAM may support unit-funded visits upon request.
3.b. Unit Commanders and Inspector-Instructors outside of New
Orleans may request virtual, or in-person monitor visits. This can be
accomplished by completing the RAM Command Visit Request at the link
below. RAM command visits outside of New Orleans must be unit-funded.
3.c. Requests for monitor visits should be submitted NLT 90 days
prior to the first day of the requested visit. Visits may be
requested on drill weekends to allow for increased engagement with
SMCR populations. A RAM Command Visit Coordinator will be identified
