GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments
(MMEA) Monitors will visit major installations across the
Fleet Marine Force and Supporting Establishment (FMF/SE) in three
phases to conduct targeted enlisted assignment engagements, provide
total force retention assistance, and offer consultation on key
talent management initiatives to enlisted Marines.  Phase I
Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Volunteer Briefs: encourages
Marines to volunteer for an SDA prior to the involuntary assignment
period IAW MARADMIN 317/25.  Phase II Monitor Visits: provides
customized interviews to Marines with their monitor.  Phase III
Opportunities Briefs: educates Marines on assignment opportunities
outside of normal primary military occupation specialty duties. 
MMEA is committed to retaining and assigning the right Marine to the
right
place at the right time.

4.  Phase III Opportunities Brief dates will be executed in the
Summer 2026 (July and August) and published at a later date.
5.  Detailed schedules, brief venues and coordinating instructions
will be published through Total Force Retention System and
communicated to commands through unit Career Counselors and
MyCareer.
6.  MyCareer will serve as the primary hub for information on all
MMEA PMOS Monitor interview information. Marines will be able to
locate their Monitor, register for an interview, and receive
notifications as they progress through the queue on the day of the
event.  Not all Monitors will be available at every location.  This
does not apply to Phase I or III.
