GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The FY26 Acquisition Primary MOS Selection
Panel (ACQP) convened on 8 December 2025 aboard Marine Corps Base
Quantico, VA.  The below Marine officers were selected as Marine
Acquisition Officers.
2.  Officers selected to PMOS 8059.  Read in two columns:

4.  All primary selectees will be contacted by MMOA-3, with
their respective monitors and Occupational Field Managers copied
on the email, following the release of this message.  Officers
selected will receive a Page 11 acknowledging their lateral move and
48 month service obligation incurred from the date they are assigned
the 8059/8061 PMOS.  Selected officers will accept by responding to
MMOA-3’s email and returning their signed Page 11 NLT 10 business
days following the release of this MARADMIN.
4.a.  Officers who decline acceptance must submit a declination in
writing (AA Form) via the first general officer in their chain of
command addressed to HQMC MMOA-3 10 business days after the release
of this MARADMIN.  This declination will be included in the
Officer's OMPF.
4.b.  Alternates will be contacted in the event the primary
candidates are unavailable for assignment.  Notification will be
via separate correspondence.  Alternates fleeted up will be required
to formally accept or decline via the procedures described above.  
4.c.  Selected Officers should address questions regarding
assignments and posting to their gaining monitor:
