publications were approved during Q4FY25 and Q1FY26.
Unless otherwise stated, the publications are available via the

1.a. Marine Corps Reference Publication (MCRP) 3-10C.1, Amphibious
Combat Vehicle Company, was signed on 10 December 2025. This
publication provides a foundational basis for employment and
sustainability within an assault amphibian structure while
supporting a mechanized infantry company. This publication
supersedes MCRP 3-10C.1, Amphibious Combat Vehicle Employment, dated
8 July 2022.
1.b. MCRP 3-40B.6, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and
Procedures (MTTP) for Operational Contract Support, was signed on
2 December 2025. This multi-Service publication focuses on tactical
and operational-level Service component functions and includes
limited information on component-level headquarters’ unique
operational contract support staff organization and capabilities.
It also contains an overview of Service-unique theater support,
external support, and systems support contracting capabilities.
This publication supersedes MCRP 3-40B.6, MTTP for Operational
Contract Support, dated 16 December 2021, and Change 1, dated
7 March 2023.
1.c. MCRP 3-40D.14, Water Support Operations, was signed
16 Sept 2025. This multi-Service publication provides doctrinal
guidance and direction for United States Army and United States
Marine Corps units conducting water support operations. This
publication supersedes MCRP 3-40D.14, Water Support Operations,
dated 16 December 2022.
1.d. Marine Corps Tactical Publication (MCTP) 3-03D, Security
Cooperation, was signed 2 September 2025. This publication outlines
Marine Corps security cooperation guidance, concepts, lexicon, and
planning considerations, including legal and political issues,
available tools and resources, and the Security Cooperation Planning
and Execution Cycle. This publication supersedes MCTP 3-03D,
Security Cooperation dated 1 August 2020.
1.e. MCTP 3-40A, Health Service Support, was signed on 2 September
2005. This publication provides a conceptual understanding of
health service support capabilities, planning considerations,
command relationships, support requirements, and considerations for
the successful execution of missions throughout the competition
continuum. This publication supersedes MCTP 3-40A, Health Service
Support Operations, dated 10 December 2012; its erratum, dated 2 May
2016; Change 1, dated 4 April 2018; MCRP 3-40A.5, Health Service
Support Field Reference Guide, dated 8 October 2015; its erratum,
dated 2 May 2016; and Change 1, dated 4 April 2018.
1.f. MCRP 12-10A.1, Small-Unit Leader’s Guide to Mountain Warfare,
was approved on 6 August 2025. This publication is a reference for
Marine leaders (team through company) to use when conducting
operations in mountainous terrain, snow, cold weather, and at high
altitudes. This publication supersedes MCRP 12-10A.1, Small Unit
Leader’s Guide to Cold Weather Operations, dated 21 May 2013;
erratum dated 2 May 2016; and change 1 dated 4 April 2018.
1.g. MCRP 3-20F, Ground-Based Air Defense, was approved on 30 July
2025. This publication describes the low altitude air defense
(LAAD) battalion and littoral anti-air battalion (LAAB) ground-based
air defense (GBAD) battery and their mission, organization, command
relationships, and support relationships. This publication
supersedes MCRP 3-20F.8, Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion
Handbook dated 13 November 2020.

(DSCA). This Air, Land, Sea, Space, Application (ALSSA) Center
publication was archived in September.
3.c. MCRP 3-40A.5, Health Service Support Field Reference Guide,
was cancelled in September 2025 upon publication of MCTP 3-40A,
Health Service Support, which consolidates information from both
into a single publication.
3.d. MCRP 3-20F.8, Low-Altitude Air Defense Handbook, was archived
in July 2025 with the publication of MCRP 3-20F.8, Ground-Based
Air Defense.
