GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  PURPOSE.  THIS MARADMIN PROVIDES AN UPDATE TO REF (B).
2.  BACKGROUND.  CSRB IS USED AS A RETENTION INCENTIVE TO MEET MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS IN CRITICAL SKILLS. 
3.  ACTION.  EFFECTIVE 1 APRIL 2012, REF (B) IS HEREBY EXTENDED UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2012.  ALL OTHER PROVISIONS FOUND IN REF (B) REMAIN IN EFFECT.
4. THIS MESSAGE IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE MARINE CORPS RESERVE.
5. THIS MESSAGE CANCELS ON 30 SEP 2012.
