GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. PER THE REFERENCES, THIS MESSAGE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF THE FY11-2 CALL FOR STUDIES AND PROVIDES THE UPDATED FY11 MARINE CORPS STUDIES MASTER PLAN.
2. TIER I STUDIES ARE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE STUDIES THAT MEET THE CRITERIA PROVIDED IN REF (A) AS DELINEATED BY CMC AND CG MCCDC AND WILL COMMENCE ASAP. TIER II NOMINATIONS ARE THOSE FOUND TO BE SOUND ANALYTICALLY AND WORTHY OF EXECUTION, BUT LESS COMPETITIVE THAN TIER I STUDIES IN SOME RESPECT. TIER II STUDIES MAY BE EXECUTED, CONTINGENT UPON AVAILABLE RESOURCES.
3. THE FOLLOWING STUDY NOMINATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR TIER I EXECUTION. READ AS: TITLE (SPONSOR).

ADDITIONALLY, ELECTRONIC COPIES OF COMPLETED STUDIES AND ANALYTICAL EFFORTS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO OAD (C 19) FOR INCLUSION INTO THE MCSS REPOSITORY. THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY EMAILING MCSS@USMC.MIL.
