GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. PER REF A, THIS MARADMIN EXTENDS THE AUTHORITY GRANTED UNDER REFS B AND C TO PAY TO ELIGIBLE RESERVE COMPONENT MEMBERS, ON A MONTHLY BASIS, AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE MONTHLY ACTIVE DUTY INCOME DIFFERENTIAL OF THE MEMBER. ELIGIBLE RESERVE COMPONENT MEMBERS ARE THOSE MEMBERS SERVING ON INVOLUNTARY ACTIVE DUTY AND EXPERIENCING A MONTHLY ACTIVE DUTY INCOME DIFFERENTIAL OF MORE THAN $50 PER MONTH FOR FULL CALENDAR MONTHS AS A RESULT OF EXTENDED OR FREQUENT INVOLUNTARY ACTIVE DUTY.
2. INCOME REPLACEMENT PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ONLY FOR FULL MONTHS OF QUALIFYING ACTIVE DUTY PERFORMED AFTER JULY 2006, THROUGH DECEMBER 2009. NO PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE UNDER THIS AUTHORITY AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2009.
3. REFS B AND C PUBLISHED DEFINITIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES PERTAINING TO THE PAYMENT OF MONTHLY ACTIVE DUTY INCOME DIFFERENTIAL AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 910 OF TITLE 37, UNITED STATES CODE.
