TFSD'S WEBSITE IS PASSWORD RESTRICTED. USERS MUST FOLLOW
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FIRST SCREEN TO APPLY FOR AN ACCESS ID AND
PASSWORD. NORMAL RESPONSE TIME FOR ACCESS IS TWO TO FOUR
DAYS.
3. UNITS SHOULD REPORT CURRENT STATUS OF RESOURCES AND TRAINING
SYSTEM (SORTS) USING THE UPDATED FEBRUARY 2004 (04/02)
T/O&E'S.
FY04 T/O&E ARE MARKED "AS OF: 04/02" IN THE UPPER LEFT HAND
CORNER OF EACH T/O&E. FY04 SORTS REPORTING T/O&E'S CAN BE
FOUND ON THE TFSD WEBSITE UNDER THE "CURRENT T/O&E" ICON.
4. FY07 T/O&E'S (MARKED "AS OF 06/10") ARE ALSO PROVIDED
ON TFSD'S WEBSITE UNDER THE FUTURE T/O&E ICON; THESE T/O&E'S
SHOULD BE USED FOR PLANNING FUTURE T/O&E CHANGES. ALL T/O&E
CHANGE REQUESTS SUBMITTED TO TFSD DURING FY04 SHOULD ADDRESS
OUT-YEAR (FY07 OR LATER) STRUCTURE TO PERMIT SUFFICIENT LEAD
TIME FOR PROPER IMPLEMENTATION.

6. THE FEBRUARY 2004 TROOP LIST REFLECTS CMC'S MANNING
PRIORITIES AS OUTLINED IN MCO 5320.12E. ALL PROPORTIONATE
SHARE UNITS WERE MANNED AT 90 PERCENT OR HIGHER (92.3 PERCENT
ON AVERAGE).
7. ADDITIONALLY, UPDATES TO THE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
INFORMATION SYSTEM (LMIS) COMMENCED AFTER THE SYSTEM WAS
SUSPENDED FOR OVER TEN MONTHS. A SIGNIFICANT BACKLOG HAS
BEEN REDUCED AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE NEXT CYCLE.//
