GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. THE DIRECTOR, PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT DIVISION
(MM), HAS APPROVED THE FY05 COMMAND STAFFING REPORT (CSR) FOR
RELEASE.
2. IT IS THE INTENT OF CMC (MMOA)TO ASSIGN AN OFFICER TO EACH
STAFFING GOAL. MMOA KNOWS THAT IN SOME CASES THIS IS NOT
POSSIBLE, PARTICULARLY CONCERNING CERTAIN MOS'S THAT HISTORICALLY
HAVE BEEN CRITICALLY SHORT. ADDITIONALLY, MMOA ATTEMPTS
TO FORECAST THE COMPOSITION OF THE OFFICER INVENTORY A YEAR IN
ADVANCE, BUT WE CANNOT PREDICT WITH CERTAINTY THE EFFECTS OF
INDIVIDUAL OFFICER INTENTIONS, PROMOTION, COMMAND SELECTION, AND
SCHOOL SELECTION.
3. ONCE RELEASED, THE CSR CAN BE ACCESSED VIA INFOPAC ON 3270.
