2. ALL INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED WILL BE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
AND WILL ONLY BE VIEWED BY THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. THE RESEARCH
DATA WILL THEN BE COMPILED AND FORWARDED TO THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS FOR USE IN THE USMC PUBLIC AFFAIRS STRATEGIC PLANNING
PROCESS.
