GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  THE USE OF THE CEI DATA REPORT FOUND IN
THE RESERVE DUTY ONLINE (RDOL) SYSTEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.  
RESERVE AFFAIRS (RA) DIVISION IS WORKING TO TRANSFER THE
COLLECTION AND REPORTING OF CEI DATA TO THE MARINE CORPS
TOTAL FORCE SYSTEM (MCTFS) AND MARINE ONLINE
(MOL) DURING CY 2008.  
2.  DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD, A WEB-BASED CEI
NON-COMPLIANCE REPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO A LIMITED NUMBER
OF USERS AT MARFORRES AND THE MAJOR SUBORDINATE COMMAND (MSC)
HEADQUARTERS, UNTIL A COMPLIANCE REPORT IS AVAILABLE IN MOL.  
THE NON-COMPLIANCE REPORT WILL BE UPDATED ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
3.  REQUEST MFR PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR PRIMARY
AND ALTERNATE USERS AT THE MSC LEVEL VIA E-MAIL TO
CMT@USMC.MIL:  RANK, FIRST AND LAST NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS AND
WORK PHONE NUMBER.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM WILL
BE PROVIDED VIA SEPARATE CORRESPONDENCE.
4.  READY RESERVE COMPONENTS COMPLIANCE PERCENTAGES ARE
PROVIDED WEEKLY ON THE REFERENCE SECTION OF THE RA (CMT)
