TO COMMUNICATE TO SENIOR LEADERS REGARDING HOW SATISFIED
OR DISSATISFIED THEY ARE WITH CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE
MARINE CORPS AND THE MILITARY WAY OF LIFE. AS A
FIRST-TERM MARINE WHO SATISFIES THE CRITERIA OF
PARAGRAPH 2, THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE VALUABLE
FEEDBACK TO YOUR SENIOR LEADERS REGARDING THE IMPORTANT
FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE YOUR CAREER DECISIONS AND WHAT YOU
WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE MARINE CORPS IMPROVE.

SURVEY IS THE FY06 FIRST-TERM ALIGNMENT PLAN (FTAP)

CURRENTLY SERVING ON THEIR FIRST CONTRACT AND WHOSE END
OF ACTIVE SERVICE (EAS) DATE IS BETWEEN 1 OCT 2005 AND
30 SEP 2006 (FY06).
