GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. BACKGROUND.  PER REFERENCE (A), THE CMC HAS APPROVED THE CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT REVIEW (CAR), FORCE STRUCTURE REVIEW GROUP (FSRG), AND THE 30 NOV 2012 JCS TANK SESSION APPROVING CYBER GROWTH DURING FY13-16.  THIS CYBER GROWTH REQUIRES THE MARINE CORPS TO GROW ITS 0689 MOS INVENTORY TO MEET THESE STRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS.
2. PURPOSE.  THE PURPOSE OF THIS JOINT MRA, C4 OCC FIELD, AND TECOM MARADMIN IS TO ANNOUNCE ADDITIONAL FEEDER MOS(S) ELIGIBLE FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT TO PMOS 0689 FOR FY14.
3. DISCUSSION.  THIS MARADMIN ANNOUNCES AN IN-YEAR CHANGE TO PMOS(S) THAT ARE ELIGIBLE "FEEDER" MOS(S) TO THE LATERAL-MOVE PMOS OF 0689.  EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ELIGIBLE "FEEDER" MOS(S) INCLUDE: 0612, 0619, 0621, 0623, 0627, 0629, 0651, 0659, 2651, 2821, 2823, 2847, 5939, 5954, 5974, OR 6694.
4. PREREQUISITES/ELIGIBILITY.  ALL OTHER LATERAL-MOVE REQUIREMENTS PER THE MOS MANUAL REMAIN.
5. THIS MARADMIN IS APPLICABLE TO THE TOTAL FORCE.
6. THIS MARADMIN CANCELS ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2014.
