2. THE MOBILE APP AND WEBSITE ARE COMPREHENSIVE, FUNCTIONALLY BASED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM RESOURCES RELATED TO HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING FOR ALL ACTIVE DUTY AND RESERVE MARINES IN SUPPORT OF REF A, B AND C.

THIS COMPREHENSIVE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION THE PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF OPERATIONAL RELATED ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE AND SUSTAIN PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE WHILE IN COMBAT. IN ESSENCE, THE HITT PROGRAM FOCUSES ON ENHANCING ATHLETICISM FOR TODAY'S WARRIOR ATHLETE.
