GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. PURPOSE. THIS MARADMIN CHANGES ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OUTLINED IN REF A. ALL OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA CONTAINED IN REFS A AND B REMAINS APPLICABLE.
2. CHANGE THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IN PAR 3.B. OF REF A, “MUST HOLD A PRIMARY MOS OF 0102, 0302, 0802, 1802, 1803, 3002, 6002, 6602, 72XX, 7525, 7556, 7562, OR 7564/66. MOS ELIGIBILITY IS SUBJECT TO INVENTORY VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL BY HQMC (MM) AT TIME OF PROCESSING. OFFICERS IN THE 4402 MOS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF TEN YEARS OF COMMISSIONED ACTIVE SERVICE TO APPLY FOR VSP.“
3. THESE CHANGES APPLY TO FY15 VSP REQUESTS RECEIVED BY HQMC (MMSR) AFTER 1 JANUARY 2015.
4. THIS MARADMIN CANCELS ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2015.
