AMPN/REF A ANNOUNCES THE FY16 ENLISTED RETENTION GUIDELINES FOR STAP//
GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. As the FY16 Subsequent Term Alignment Plan (STAP) submission deadline approaches, leaders at every level are reminded of the shared responsibility for Marine Corps retention efforts. All FY16 STAP reenlistment requests must be submitted via Total Force Retention System (TFRS) no later than 2359, 31 December 2015. Requests submitted after this deadline will require justification by the first 0-6 level Commander in the Marines chain of command. The Commanders justification should be included in the recommendation/comments section of the Marines reenlistment request submitted in TFRS.
