GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the results of the FY16 EOA selection board.
2. The FY16 EOA board was held on 16 November 2015. The following applicants were selected and assigned to the following EOA classes and commands:

3. Marines selected will attend the twelve week EOA course at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida via Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) orders as assigned. The course dates are as follows:

4. All TAD and follow on PCSO/PCAO for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence. Marines are required to have obligated service prior to attending DEMOI (36 months from date of graduation). Those Marines that don't have the obligated service are required to submit via the Total Force Retention System (TFRS) 45 days prior to the class start date. All slated class dates and future command assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the Marine Corps and the requirements of the EOA program.

7. Marines applying for the EOA program in the future that do not meet the required GT score or do not have the demonstrated academic ability per reference (a) are encouraged to retake the ASVAB. Marines are also reminded that they are required to have 24 months time on station prior to reporting to the EOA course.
