GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The Commandant of the Marine Corps congratulates the following individuals and units for being selected as the Recipients of the 2015 United States Marine Corps Motor Transport Awards Program for the categories indicated.  As specified in reference B, an annual awards board was convened to review nominations from throughout the Marine Corps and select award recipients.  All those nominated are deserving of congratulations and rate special recognition.   Read in three columns.

2.  The sponsor for this year’s awards is the Marine Corps Association and Foundation (MCA).  Due to the time constraints and current agreement with the MCA it is not feasible to conduct an awards banquet.  The absence of a formal awards banquet does not detract from the importance of the awards, and awards should be presented in appropriate local ceremonies. 
2.A.  I and II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) G-4 Motor Transport offices, MCCSSS AND MCAGCC will coordinate with the local MCA representative listed below for delivery of awards and follow-on presentation. Read in four columns.

2.B.  Awards for individual Marines in III MEF Commands will be mailed to III MEF G-4 Motor Transport office. III MEF G-4 Motor Transport office will coordinate for follow on presentation.
3.  This year's award selection process was challenging due to the highly competitive nominees for each category.  Commands are encouraged to continue to nominate individuals and units that they feel best represent the Motor Transport community.  It was apparent that all those nominated are deserving of our respect and rate special recognition.  Congratulations to all the nominees.
