GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  I have approved the selection of Captain Thomas W. Morrow, Weapons Company, 2d Battalion, 3d Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division, III MEF, MARFORPAC, as the recipient of the CY2015 Leftwich Trophy for Outstanding Leadership.  As expected, the competition was exceptionally keen.  All nominees had exemplary records which indicated noteworthy leadership and command ability.
